Shipping policy

Order Preparation

The orders received by us are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, public holidays excluded). Orders that come in on weekends or holidays begin to be processed on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Periods

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the following estimated delivery periods apply:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where this option is offered)
International Shipping: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and the time required for customs clearance

Please note that these timeframes are no more than estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery commitments.

Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the weight, the dimensions, and the destination of the order. For selected orders or within the scope of special promotional offers, shipping may also be provided free of charge.

Tracking the Shipment

Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive an email containing the relevant tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update fully.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped internationally, the recipient is fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not part of the product price or the shipping fee and are usually collected directly by the local courier upon delivery.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

Should your parcel become lost during transit or arrive in a damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that the matter can be addressed together with the carrier.

Correctness of the Delivery Address

During checkout, please verify that your delivery address has been entered fully and correctly. No responsibility is accepted on our part for parcels dispatched to incorrect addresses caused by errors made by the customer. If a mistake is spotted, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so that we may attempt to update the address prior to dispatch.
