Refund policy

Your satisfaction with the product you have purchased truly matters to us. Should you be unsatisfied for any reason, this policy describes the way in which returns and refunds are handled.

Return Period of 30 Days

You are granted 30 days from the day of delivery to request a return. For the request to be considered valid, the item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it reached you.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out to us via our contact page and indicate both your order number and the reason for the return. If your request is granted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on the dispatch method and the address to which the parcel should be sent.

Returns received without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Damages and Concerns

Please examine your shipment immediately upon delivery and notify us right away if the item appears to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the situation and work together with you to find a fair solution.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Some product categories are not eligible for return. These include, in particular, custom-made or personalized articles, items damaged by improper handling, items lacking their original packaging, and any items that were clearly marked as final sale at the moment of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned shipment has reached us and has been examined, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be released within 7–14 business days using the same payment method originally used. Please be aware that, depending on your bank or credit card provider, the actual posting of the funds may take additional time.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain the product you would prefer is to first send the original article back. Once the return has been confirmed, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Costs of Return Shipping

As a general rule, return shipping expenses are covered by the customer. Exceptions apply in cases where the return arises from a mistake on our part — for instance, when an item is defective or has been delivered incorrectly.
